At the Christian Reformed Church of South Gippsland in Leongatha, by the grace of God, we’re fellowshiping together with God and each other. We're promoting the Good News of Christ's Kingdom by serving in the church as well as in the local community where Christ Jesus has placed us to live day by day. We are Jesus' witnesses, living as Christ's ambassadors in order to shine Jesus' light to all those around about us, like a lighthouse, our church is much more than a building!

We believe in God the Father Almighty, maker of heaven and earth. And in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord.
Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the virgin Mary; suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified dead and buried; He descended into hell. We aim to put our faith into action by helping those in need with urgency, in order to raise public awareness about some of the most pressing matters facing us in today’s society. With faith in common our church is a safe place to belong, we care for one another pastorally, whenever plus wherever possible by the great love and mercy of Him who makes all things possible.
We do this unashamedly in order to share God's love by living like Jesus to shine his light into the lives of those living in darkness in this world, just as Christ Jesus did whom we are ultimately serving. We do this in obedience to all Jesus says in God's Holy Word the Bible, with His mercy in truth, by faith in Christ our Saviour, who is our hope by God's great love for us.

You're invited to come celebrate all Christ is doing for his people in this world by doing life together with us: by partaking of the Lord's Supper with us; listening to the preached Word of God; joining us in singing hymns, all to give God the glory due his great name above every name, also to offer up praise by the inward emotions of gratitude. Let our spirits remember and meditate upon the goodness of the Lord. Why not come on Sunday plus join our efforts to make Christ known, with a view to seeing the lives of others changed to be more like Christ's, as well as to live all of life for Christ our Saviour, everyday?

Here at the CRC in Leongatha, we have a goal; to play our part in bringing the love of Christ to this part of our broken and hurting world, to share the burdens of those caught in sin, to be Christ's messengers. Our most awesome God in heaven sent His Son Jesus to us because he loves us and wants us to know Him, the Lord wants us to be rich towards God to show how much we value God. Jesus gave his life so that we do not have to suffer or focus on the effects of sin on our lives but focus on him and fulfill the Great Commission and his Great Commandment. "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:7 Everlasting peace! God desires that we bring his comfort to people suffering from life's burdens on their families, as marrieds or singles, by sharing his message of hope, sharing the wisdom of God to bring about restoration. Christ came to identify with men and women and give us hope for the future. Our aim is to love others as Christ does and plant seeds of faith in hearts, God's truth is for everyone, it is the message of Salvation by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone, of Scripture alone, to the glory of God alone!

Here at the Christian Reformed Church in Leongatha we’re committed to investing our time and resources in order to further the cause of Jesus. For more than 2000 years, God's been giving mankind a lasting sense of purpose and meaning to all men and women in living, loving relationships with his Son Christ Jesus our Lord through his Holy Spirit.
The fallout from sin has been catastrophic causing a great divide between him and us, which Jesus has rescued us from because God is merciful and kind he has promised to make all things new.
You can make God's story of Creation, the Fall and Redemption your foundation by trusting in Jesus from now on,
God has promised to be with us forever, our relationship with our loving God has been restored.
You can ask forgiveness for sin and follow Jesus in faith, trusting him alone to rescue you.
